One hour on the table is the minimum amount of time your central nervous system needs in order to slow down and promote healing. 90 minutes is even better! And a regular session (every week, two weeks or four weeks) can, over time, allow us to reach your bodywork goals (pain relief, correction of dysfunction, and systemic recovery from problems associated with exposure to stress--just to name a few). I use all the tools in my tool kit--eclectic massage and bodywork techniques including, but not limited to, Swedish, fascial work, trigger point and CranioSacral Therapy--to discover the sources of your pain and dysfunction, make you aware of them, and help you uncover the messages they bring so that the pain and dysfunction can truly evaporate. There's no additional charge for one type of work over another; fees are based solely on the length of your session.
